Intermittent issues effecting app availability
Resolved - Performance has been restored to normal.

Monitoring - We've identified the issue with a read database in our cluster and have fixed what was causing the lag. Differences between the main database and the read database were causing errors to be thrown in the main application. We're continuing to monitor the situation but it appears performance should be fully restored at this point.
